IT Trainer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team. As a IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and information to excel in their roles.
About this role:
The role of the IT Trainer will be to train and support colleagues in their digital learning journey through; face-to-face classroom training, on-line learning, and one to one coaching and support. You will also work with and support Digital Enablers to deliver training and support colleagues needs.
As we move through our digital transformation you will also be involved in the discovery process for new systems and applications and will be fully supported in your personal development and learning.
Working hours and location:
This role will be on a fixed term contract and either on a part-time or full-time (37.5 hours a week) basis.
We are looking to provide site-based training for staff based in London and the Southeast, as well as Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Nottingham, Sheffield and Wakefield. The role will require travel and possibly overnight stays to deliver face-to-face training. The position will be based at one of our key office locations, or from your home base if more appropriate.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Creative and innovative thinking
- Excellent administrative skills, oral and written communication skills
- The ability to problem solve and self-manage
- Knowledge of core Microsoft IT and communications tools / apps: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams and SharePoint
- Experience of designing and delivering ICT/digital or L&D training
- Experience of training material production
In return we are offering; a competitive annual salary between £25,970 – £31,484 per annum depending on experience (pro rata for part time)
