We are currently building new homes across the country to meet the NHS Transforming Care programme.
People needing support, and their families, often struggle to get the right advice on housing and support, it can be very complicated. Our housing team can provide some sign posting advice to help you to find individual housing solutions.
We are currently focusing our building development to meet the NHS Transforming Care programme. This aims to help people with the highest support needs to live in the community, with the right support, and close to home. You can read more about our latest development, called Mayman Lane, below.

Our second transforming care development, Mayman Lane, is completed.
We've just opened Mayman Lane in Batley, Yorkshire. This housing development was built in partnership with Kirkless Council and NHS England and funded through a Transforming Care grant of £1.8 million.

Safe accommodation for children in Kent. The Nest in Ashford, Kent.
We worked in partnership with Kent County Council (KCC) to develop The Nest as part of the NHS Transforming Care programme.

We converted a grade II listed building into 10 self-contained flats for people leaving a secure unit in hospital. St Andrews
St Andrews supports people to prepare for living in the community again, after leaving forensic wards, rehabilitation, the Prison service and the Trevor Gibbens Unit.

We’re pleased to announce the opening of Mayman Lane in West Yorkshire, a housing development we built in partnership with Kirklees Council and NHS England for people with learning disabilities and autism.

Light at the end of the tunnel
There have been extra challenges this year because of the pandemic, but we’re nearly there now with our project to build Mayman Lane, a housing scheme in Yorkshire for six adults with challenging behaviours.

Reassuring to see progress
