Terry - tailored support
Terry moved into a shared house in Essex over five years ago, where he gets support to manage his mental health.
I do the cooking with staff and they help me to keep my room tidy. When I go shopping, they help me with that too. Terry
Staff support Terry to maintain his tenancy and to live more independently. They also help him to maintain his mental wellbeing. The team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Terry likes to keep active so staff support him to go out and about.
“I go to an over 50s social club. I like going there and I do a keep fit class once a week,” says Terry. “I go on trips out and the staff come with me.”
