Sara - a job that makes a difference
Sara is a manager and oversees the support of three people with learning disabilities living in Cheshire.
“I was in retail before joining Choice Support and I had never considered a career in social care. I knew someone who worked here, so I decided to give it a try.”
Sara has been working for us for over six years. “I knew from the first day that I’d like this job and, six years on, I’m still enjoying it. The best thing for me is helping people to work to their goals. Like Emily. She loves working and it’s made such a difference in her life. So when someone achieves their goals, they are so proud of themselves…and so am I. It’s the best feeling.”
