CQC’s New Feedback Loop
Care Quality Commission (CQC) is developing a new feedback loop to keep you informed when you share your experience of care.
Grace Evans and Ellen Fernandez from the Public Engagement and Insight team at CQC will be attending our next members’ meeting to talk about developing a feedback loop for CQC’s Give Feedback on Care Service.
A feedback loop is how CQC let the public know what has been done with the information they share through the Give Feedback on Care Service.
As part of their new public engagement strategy, CQC are committing to developing a feedback loop that meets people’s needs when they share their experiences of care with CQC. Current insight highlights the need for improvements to the current feedback loop to ensure it meets the needs of the public.
