Support Worker
About the role:

You will be supporting 6 residents, (3 male and 3 female) who have learning disabilities and need support with all daily tasks. This is a residential care service and the people we support are fully dependent on us.
You will ensure all personal care tasks are carried out with respect for privacy and dignity and in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual as defined in the support plan. You will work as part of a team and liaise with medical professionals to provide the best quality of care and support to these individuals.
As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job – you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
Hours:
2 full time (39 hours) positions available.
Various shifts available: 7am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm and waking nights. You must be available to work weekends.
We cannot offer sponsorship or take over a certificate of sponsorship.
Location:
Situated close to Oakwood Park this service stands on a main bus route and has off street parking.

Drivers with a full UK manual driving licence are required for this role!
