No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games, and managing challenging behaviours. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.
Hours:
We have 1 full time position working across 2 services. The services run 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Location:
Both services are located in Mansfield and Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottingham. Free parking is available on site.
About you:
