Support Worker
About the role:
At Choice Support we take pride in providing compassionate care and support that not only meets the needs of the people we support but also uplifts their spirits and provide companionship. We treat the people we support like family, bringing laughter and happiness to their days whenever possible.
For this role you will be supporting one gentleman in his own home and in the community on a 1-1 basis. The main support will be around his daily living such as prompting/encouraging personal care and keeping his house clean and tidy. He enjoys baking and cooking his own food, therefore someone with these skills would be a great addition to the team. You will be busy taking him out to his regular activities such as meeting his friends at the nightclub, going to the gym or going out for meals.
Hours:
Full & part time positions available.
Earlies - 7:30am-15:00pm
Lates - 15:00pm-10:30pm
Long days - 7:30am-10:30pm

This service is based in Maidstone.
About you:
Whether you are new to care or support work or have previous experience, your values are important to us. We provide a fantastic training and induction programme that will support you in your role. You do not need to be a driver, but you must be happy to use public transport.
