Support Worker
We’re looking for a compassionate support workers with the ability to encourage people to look after themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.
About the role:
We have vacancies for full, part time and waking night support workers to join our team in Bexley. We are looking for support workers dedicated to assisting people to live their lives, have fun and feel good. You will work closely with each person and their families to ensure that their time is spent doing the things that matter to them, as well as discovering new things to do.
We will train you to provide personalised support and follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising – the daily routine of regular life.
Hours:
Full time, Part time positions available. We have a variety of shift available.
Some regular shift patterns:
07:30am -14:30pm
14:00pm -22:00pm
We also have a waking night post available- Shifts working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Location:
This service is located in Sidcup, Bexley. Providing easy access via bus, car or train as is located on a main bus route and within walking distance from the train station.

As a support worker, you will join us in our continued efforts to make life better for the people we are supporting daily.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector, looking to make a difference to the people we support and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role.
