Female Support Worker
We are looking to recruit female support workers in our small service in Allington, Maidstone.
About the role:
You will be supporting 2 females who love to have fun and socialise. This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates or those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
You will provide person-centred care and support as well as community activities such as walking, swimming or going to the gym. This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.
Hours:
1 part time (20) position available.
Shift patterns can vary, we are a 24-hr service over a five-day period but we require the odd weekend shift generally one weekend in every six weeks. Shifts start from 7:00am up until 9:30 pm.
You must be available for sleep-in shifts.
Location: The service is located in Allington with free parking there is also bus stops near by and it is just a 30 minute walk from Maidstone high street.
About you:
No experience or qualifications are required as all training will be given along the way. All you need is a sense of adventure and a willingness to learn!
