Bank Support Worker

About the role:
Could you support someone to live more independently and do the things they enjoy? We are looking for hard-working and caring people to join our team, to help people be part of their local community and live happily in their own homes.
This service supports 4 gentlemen to develop independent living skills such as improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising – the daily routine of regular life.
Daily duties include: moderate level of personal care, including support to shave, showering and bathing prompts, Domestic duties- cooking, cleaning, shopping and laundry. Record keeping/finances/administration of medication.
You’ll get huge job satisfaction from seeing the people you are supporting do more for themselves and live the life they want to live. If you’re interested in building a career, we’re here to support you all the way on your own journey.
Hours:
0 hour contact providing flexibility to choose the hours and shift that suit you and your lifestyle.
Support is delivered over 24-hour period/7 days a week-365 days a year and the property currently has a sleep in night.

This service is located in Carlton, Nottingham.
About you:
We’re not looking for any kind of specific experience. It is your personality and values that will make you a good fit for the role and our organisation. We will train and develop you to become a great support worker with continued support from colleagues.
