Support Worker (male)
About the Role
Are you ready to make a real difference every single day? As a Support Worker, you will help people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live happy, safe, and independent lives in their own homes. No two days are ever the same, and you will have the chance to build genuine connections while providing care that truly matters.
This role is for male applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (genuine occupational requirement).
No experience? No problem! We will give you full training and support you to achieve your Care Certificate.
Hours
You will work 39 hours per week on a flexible rota. This includes split shifts, sleep-ins, waking nights, and weekends.

About You
You are someone who cares deeply about helping others. You have a kind heart, patience, and a positive attitude. You enjoy supporting people to live their best lives and want to make a real difference. You must hold a UK driving licence for an automatic vehicle and be able to drive a transit. Flexibility is important because the role involves different shifts, including nights and weekends.
