Female Support Worker
About the role:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, supporting emotional wellbeing, and encouraging participation in social and community activities. You will play a key role in helping individuals live fulfilling and dignified lives.
A full UK manual driving licence is required for this role.
Hours:
Full-time, part-time, and casual hours available.
Location:
We have various services across Crewe & Haslington.
About you:
You are a caring, patient, and dependable individual with a genuine passion for supporting others. You have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. A driver is required, and you must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
