Support Worker (Female)
About the Role
Join our friendly team in the lovely location of Bedgrove, Aylesbury, and make a real difference every day! You will be supporting three ladies aged between 58 and 71 who live in a supported living home. All three have learning disabilities and need help with personal care and wheelchair assistance.
Your role will include supporting them with activities they love, from trips out, bingo, and theatre visits to walks, movies, and garden centre outings. No two days are ever the same! You will be creating special moments and building genuine connections while helping people live happy, safe, and independent lives.
This post is restricted to female applicants only, as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Hours
This is a full-time role, 39 hours per week, with a mix of early and late shifts:
- Early shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Late shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Alternate weekends included.

About You
Are you caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others? If so, we would love you to join us! You do not need any previous care experience, we will give you full training and help you achieve your Care Certificate. All we ask is that you have:
- A UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work shifts and alternate weekends
