Based in Dartford, we provide a wide range of opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.
We help people to learn new skills and increase their confidence. Our centre is in Dartford and although some of our activities are at the centre, most take place in the community. Some of the things we do are during the day and others are in the evening.
Yes, as long as you are over 18 years old and have learning disabilities. You will need to pay for the activities and you can do that if you have your own funding or if you have been assessed for funding through your local council.
We decide the activities based on your feedback and your needs, and so that you can try new experiences.
We have a full programme of activities from cookery and computer skills to drama and dance. Find out more about our activities below.
You will prepare healthy meals and learn about food hygiene. You'll get to do some meal planning, laying tables and serving food. These skills will help you at home and give you more confidence in the kitchen.
Fridays
10.30am - 3.30pm
£40.50 per session.
This session is for people with complex support needs. We run different activities that include music, art, exercise and movement. We also run activities in the community.
Mondays and Tuesdays
10.30am - 3.30pm
£40.50 per session.
These sessions will give you all-round confidence in your life. We'll cover self-advocacy and safety, and give you the basics in computer skills.
Other topics include relationships, different cultures and building confidence.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

It's important to stay healthy and there are many ways you can do this. We'll go on country walks and do some exercises. To help you at home, we'll discuss diets and weight loss programmes to keep you healthy.
There will also be opportunities to play some sports like golf, snooker and bowling. And whilst sports are a good way to stay well, relaxation is great too. You can learn how to do hand massages or relax and be massaged!
Thursdays and Fridays
10.30am - 3.30pm
£40.50 per session.
Let your hair down at our nightclub for adults with learning disabilities. Held at The Dartford Sports Bar, 13 Spital St, Dartford DA1 2DJ. there's lots of dancing and theme nights where fancy dress is a must. Find out more.

£6 (if you're bringing a carer, they pay £2)

Socialise with your friends or meet new people at our social club. We play games, like Nintendo Wii, table tennis and other fun games. We do some cooking and use our creative skills to do arts and crafts.
Mondays
6.30pm - 9pm
£6 per person. £2 for support staff.
We have a very successful drama group called Dramarama. We put on big shows like Grease the Musical and We Will Rock You. Our performances take place in community venues like church halls and we perform in front of our family and friends.
Mondays
4pm - 6pm
£3 per session.
We learn some different dance styles and try out new moves. You don't have to be good at dancing to join this session, just enthusiastic to learn!
Fridays
11am - 12pm
£3 per session.
You'll learn how to use computers, including how to search for things on the internet. It doesn't matter if you've never used a computer before, we'll give you the skills so that you feel more confident and safe.
