Diversity and Inclusion Manager
We have recently launched a Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan following consultation with our employees and we are now recruiting for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to support us to implement it and to help champion diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
Choice Support is a charity providing social care and housing to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We support over 2,500 people across England, from Yorkshire to the south coast, and employ approximately 2,600 staff. We support people to live the life they choose.
You will need at least two year’s experience of successfully managing diversity and inclusion in a multi-site organization, including using monitoring evidence and target setting to achieve real change. You should also have experience of successfully consulting with employees and their representatives, establishing and working with inclusion networks and delivering diversity training and development.
Working hours are flexible but you must be able to work effectively from home.
