Deputy Payroll Manager
The Payroll team is looking to appoint a Deputy Payroll Manager to support the Payroll Department and the business with all payroll matters.
This position has arisen as our current Deputy Manager will be moving full time to lead on the full rollout of our rostering system Webroster plus payroll system reporting.
Reporting to the Head of Payroll & Pensions, the successful applicant will have the knowledge and experience to lead and support the payroll team in all aspects of legislation related to payroll. They will work collaboratively with the Webroster and system lead as part of the overall roll out project to the business of our rostering system.
If you have experience working with complex Terms & conditions in a busy environment, are confident in the use of Payroll Systems, Microsoft applications, especially excel, plus have knowledge of similar rostering systems this might be the job for you to develop your skills even further with Choice Support.
You will be able to work on your own initiative, be able to meet deadlines. Deal with
complex external and internal queries on all levels and have excellent attention to detail.
You will be a confident, clear communicator and be flexible, reliable, resourceful and a
strong team player as all in our team have a voice that is essential to our purposeful teams aims. You will be able to work from home and attend the office on a rotating basis once fully trained as part of a strong team.
