Wellbeing courses

Improve your mental wellbeing with our one-day courses. We cover the Six Ways to Wellbeing and focus on solutions to issues.
We regularly run three different one-day courses:
Each course is informal and is a great alternative to a class-room based course. They run from 10am until 4pm and you will need to bring your own lunch.
Our wellbeing courses are Live Well Kent services provided by Shaw Trust on behalf of Kent County Council and the NHS.
Where we run these courses:
- Ashford
- Maidstone
- Tonbridge
- Whitstable
