Who we are and how we work

Choice Support is a pioneering social care charity providing support services for disabled and disadvantaged people. We were formed in London in 1984 to help people with learning disabilities have better lives, and now provide services throughout much of England to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex health needs, physical disabilities and homeless people.

We are a secure, stable and creative organisation, with well trained, supported and supervised staff. As a charity we direct all of our resources toward improving our support. Increasingly we look to people using our services to lead and inform what we do.

Choice Support’s services are very cost effective and flexible. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and regulated and inspected. In addition we have a dedicated quality department that carries out extensive internal monitoring. This includes a team of people with support needs trained to check and assess services.
