Outreach
Outreach is the term we use when we support people for a part of their time to do specific things, such as help with personal care, going shopping, attending college, using public transport or managing money. This might be for a few hours a week, or much more. Often, people who receive outreach support live on their own, or with families or partners. This type of support is also sometimes called domiciliary care.
