People needing support, their families and carers

If you are interested in getting a service from Choice Support, or if somebody close to you needs some help and support, please call 0300 123 3377.

Or you can fill in this form and we will get back to you.

At Choice Support we know that everyone is unique, which means that no two services we provide are the same. But even though each service is different, we think everyone should have a good deal and live life to the full. Whoever we support, we are flexible and adaptable. We listen to what people want, and put them at the centre of everything we do.

Local authorities fund some of the services we provide, while others are paid for by people’s own individual budgets. Others still are funded privately. Whatever type of service we provide, and however it is funded, our aim is the same: to support each person we work with to live as full and as independent a life as possible.

If you are interested in finding out more about Choice Support, this section of our website tells you what we do, what we believe and how we work. Alternatively you could contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you have.
