Floating support is a new term to describe what has previously been called outreach support.Choice Support’s floating support teams provide individually designed services to people with learning disabilities who live on their own, or with families or partners. The main thing that differentiates floating support from some of Choice Support’s other services is that in this case the organisation does not support the person in all, or even most aspects of their life, but just some important parts of it.
