Person centred planningPerson centred planning is a way for people with learning disabilities to plan what they want to do and how they want to live. Read more > Residential careResidential care is when people live together in small homes, with staff to support them. Read more> BrokerageBrokerage is when people called brokers talk to people with learning disabilities to find out what it is they need and want, and help them to get it. Read more> Finding workWe have a project called Steps 2 Work that helps people with learning disabilities find jobs. Read more> User involvementThe Involvement team supports service users to get more involved in managing Choice Support. Read more> Floating supportFloating support is the term we use when we support people for a part of their time to do specific things, such as going shopping, attending college or managing money. HousingThrough its Housing Department, Choice Support is an agent for several Registered Social Landlords in South East London. Read more> TrainingThe Learning and Development department of Choice Support provides training for our staff, whilst our sister organisation Choice Training provides training and qualifications for individuals and organisations outside of Choice Support.
