Services

We know that everyone is unique. Some of the people we support need care 24 hours a day, while others have help with specific things, such as budgeting, personal care, shopping, cooking, socialising and work. Some people use wheelchairs, while others have autistic spectrum needs. Some people live at home with their parents, while others are parents themselves. Some have experienced long periods of homelessness. Whoever we support, we are flexible and adaptable. We listen to what the people we support want, and put them at the centre of everything we do.

Local authorities fund some of the services we provide through people’s own budgets. Others are funded privately. Whatever type of service we provide, and however it is funded, our aim is to enable all the people we support to have full, healthy and meaningful lives.

Here is a list of the main types of service we offer:

Supported living is where people are tenants in their own home, and receive the support they need to live there.

Outreach is supporting people for a part of their time to do specific things, such as going shopping, attending college or managing money.

Shared lives is where a person who wants support is matched with a shared lives carer, and shares that person's family life.

Positive behavioural support is specialist support for people whose behaviours can challenge and for people on the autistic spectrum.
