Involvement

We want to involve as many service users as possible in all aspects of running Choice Support. So, if you use Choice Support’s services and would like to get more involved in managing the organisation, we are here to help.

Here are some of the things we do:

Support people to train as Quality Checkers and carry out reviews.

Support the development of accessible information and policies and procedures.

Support service users to set up local/regional forums.

Support people to attend management meetings.

Support service users to help choose their staff.

Develop a range of training/information sessions for users.

Support service users to produce their own newsletter/magazine.

Help plan an annual service user conference.

Promote greater family/carer participation.
