Through its Housing Department, Choice Support is an agent for several Registered Social Landlords in South East London. The Housing Department provides comprehensive housing management and housing support services. Its main housing management responsibilities include rent setting and collection, repairs, maintenance and cyclical decoration, managing voids and preparing vacant properties for letting. Its main housing support functions include liaising with residents and staff, ensuring the accommodation is safe and secure, managing house budgets and helping to support service users to claim their full welfare benefit entitlement.

In addition, the Housing Department provides services to other parts of Choice Support, particularly in relation to welfare benefits. It also manages Choice Support's role as a Corporate Appointee for the Department of Work and Pensions.
