Residential care

Residential care used to be the most popular way to support people with learning disabilities. Choice Support was involved in helping many people move from long stay hospitals into small residential care homes in the community. People received much better support in places like this than they did in hospital. Now many residential care services have changed into supported living services, where people have even more choice and control over their lives.
