Steven Rose MSc, RN(LD), RMN, FRSA
Chief Executive
Steven has worked with people with learning disabilities since 1974 and has been Chief Executive of Choice Support since 1991. He is also Editor of Community Connecting magazine and a Director and founder member of the Association for Supported Living.

Mark Ferry BA(Hons), Chartered FCIPD, FRSA
Director of Human Resources
Mark has worked for Choice Support since 1999 and has over 15 year’s experience of HR in the voluntary sector, NHS and central government. He has been associated with learning disability services since 1992. Mark is also a Trustee and Chair of the HR sub committee for the Single Homeless Project, a charity that employs over 100 people providing a wide range of services to the socially disadvantaged.

Dave Jackson BA(Hons)
Director of Development
Dave has worked with people with learning disabilities since 1985 and has been a Director of Choice Support since 2002. He specialises in providing support packages for people with severe challenging behaviour and training teams in positive behaviour support methods.

Director of Quality
Sarah has worked with people with learning disabilities since 1987 and has been working with Choice Support since 1993. She is particularly interested in working with service users and their families in quality monitoring.

Bridget Nwajei FCCA
Director of Finance, Housing & ICT
Bridget has been the Director of Finance and Housing for Choice Support since 2000. She has over 20 years experience of finance and financial management in the voluntary sector. Bridget is the Treasurer for St Patrick's Church, Wallington, and is also a Trustee of several voluntary organisations.

Regional Director (South)
Charan has extensive experience as a practitioner and in management. He has worked with learning disabilities services since 1975 and has been working with Choice Support since 1999. He has been involved in several hospital re-provisions since working with Choice Support and in previous employment.

Regional Director (North)
Karen has worked for Choice Support since 2001 and has been involved with the re-provision of three hospitals in Buckinghamshire, Yorkshire and Sutton and Merton. Karen has over thirty years of experience working with people with learning disabilities.
