Choice Support is a pioneering person-centred organisation dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities to have better lives. We were formed in 1984 as a small consortium in south east London, and now work throughout much of England. We currently employ around 1500 staff and provide services to over 750 people, with an annual turnover approaching £40 million. The services we provide include residential care, supported living, outreach support, work opportunities, leisure activities, and housing management. Choice Support combines a progressive outlook with robust, stable management. We are a not-for-profit company with charitable status, directing all of our resources toward improving and maintaining our services. We work with many partners, including families, carers, social services, health services, housing associations and multi disciplinary teams. Increasingly we look to people with learning disabilities to guide, lead and inform what we do. This is reflected in the development of Involvement Managers. See Our Services - Involvement.
