Choice Support is a pioneering person-centred organisation formed in 1984 to support people with learning disabilities to have better lives. Recently, our work has extended to include support for people with mental health needs and physical disabilities, and homeless people. We started as a small consortium in south east London, but our work has grown over the years and we now provide services throughout much of England. We currently employ around 1500 staff and provide services to over 750 people, with an annual turnover of more than £40 million. The services we provide include residential care, supported living, outreach support, work opportunities, leisure activities, and housing management.

Choice Support combines a progressive outlook with robust, stable management. We are a not-for-profit company with charitable status, directing all of our resources toward improving and maintaining our services. We work with many partners, including families, carers, social services, health services, housing associations and multi disciplinary teams. Increasingly we look to users of our services to guide, lead and inform what we do
