Community Profile
Whether in vibrant, urban multi-cultural environments or quieter rural settings, all of our work is based in local communities. Choice Support believes that people with learning disabilities have the right to receive individualised support according to their needs and wants, which will enable them to live independent lives in the community.
To achieve this we are committed to putting the users of the service at the centre of all that we do. Choice Support recognises a responsibility to manage scarce resources efficiently and accountably, whilst delivering continually improving services. To achieve this we strive to be innovative and creative, whilst drawing on established examples of good practice.
What Choice Support Does
Choice Support provides a wide range of services for people with learning disabilities. These include a large number of registered homes and supported living projects, as well as outreach services, day activities, health promotion and housing management. We also offer a highly regarded consultancy service.
