to Choice, whilst Lewisham and North Southwark HA
services transferred to newly formed voluntary
organisations with Choice sub-contracts. 130 people
receiving care or housing support. |

Took-over
responsibility for Lewisham housing (24 properties).
Choice Consultancy Services formed. |

Invited to open services in Hackney |

Asked to develop
new services in Buckinghamshire and Greenwich. |

Further new services opened in
Southwark. ONIS/Blue River merge to form one charitable
subsidiary. 250 people receiving care or housing
support. |

Take over Supported
Living services to 65 people in Lincolnshire. |
| 2002 |
Supported 28 people to move from
hospital in Buckinghamshire, Commence first service
directly commissioned by parents. Became an NVQ Training
provider in NVQ level 2,3,4 and Assessors Registered
Assessment Centre. Became an OCN - LDAF Foundation
Training Provider. |

Invited to support
22 people to move out of a hospital in Yorkshire to new
Supported Living Services. Invited to provide support
for 8 homes in Leicestershire based on a Supported
Living Model. Awarded DOH grant to develop Direct
Payments in London borough of Southwark in partnership
with Southwark Social Services and Paradigm Invited to
support 18 people in 3 services in Southampton -
