providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities living in the community. Choice Support was founded in 1984 and was originally called Southwark Consortium. We have grown in both the scale and breadth of our operation and currently provide services to over 400 service users in more than 100 supported living projects and registered care homes in London, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire.
We employ 1000 staff and have a turnover of £22million per annum. We have established an excellent reputation for the quality of the services we provide and we are confident that our expansion is set to continue for the foreseeable future. The services we provide includes: residential care, supported living, outreach support, day activities, housing, housing management. All our services are person-centred, they are designed to actively support our clients to plan for, and take greater control of their lives in the community, and specialist projects aimed at improving health and services for older people and people from minority ethnic communities.

Services are situated in the London Boroughs of Southwark, Hackney, Haringey, Greenwich, Lambeth and Lewisham as well as in the counties of Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. They are typically small (1 to 4 beds), however, we also have some larger homes with up to 10 beds. Our residents are known as service users.
