Salary: Band 2A: £25,819 - £28,001 p.a. inc. Plus 1K 'Golden Hello' on appointment

We have a Female Team Manager vacancy in the Burnham & Hazelmere area of Buckinghamshire. As a Team Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service. This includes managing a team of staff and participating in the planning, development and management of both services. There is also a need to split your time between Burnham and Hazelmere.

You will need at least two years experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities living in the community. You should also have experience of managing and motivating a staff team in a supported living setting, budget management experience and a working knowledge of the Care Standards Act. A relevant qualification in health and social care at NVQ level 4 (or equivalent) would be a bonus. A full manual driver’s license is also essential.

The post involves working as part of a 24 hour shift system, which includes sleep-ins and weekends. A 1K ‘golden hello’ welcome bonus will be given to the successful candidate.
